- 03Run detection/triage feedback, tabletop exercises, retrospectives, coaching, and knowledge management.
- 04Measure useful security outcomes and coverage instead of rewarding alert closures or raw volume.

Handoff contract
Own SOC operations; partner with Security Engineering, IR, Threat Intel/Hunting, Platform Engineering, HR, and security leadership.
